First CD issue in 1983 by Jet/CBS records, with a 8 page (2x2 foldout) booklet including full lyrics.
All CD’s in the USA were released in long boxes, until in 1991 when the US record industry turned against it. Because of ecological reasons & decreasing the costs for a CD.
Further "Nice Price" re-press/re-issues came out in the mid 1980's and early 1990's
There are three CD issues with two different track layouts.
