The CD issue was made in Italy and came in a digibook format.
ELO Live 2001 issue CDs were all made in Italy by Frontiers Records for the whole world, (except Japan and South Korea)
Frontiers was too small to deliver to the whole world, so the vinyl’s were issued in the UK by Let Them Eat Vinyl for the whole world. View full details HERE on the UK issue page.
A number of the Italian issues, and maybe the UK vinyl issues, were imported in to the USA, but no changes were made, so the rear covers do not have the USA / FBI copyright notice.
All tracks except Out Of Luck and Cold Feet recorded live at CBS Television City, Los Angeles in 2001.

The US Copies have Columbia Records New York Address on the back cover, unlike the European copies which has a Germany address, a different icon layout and made in EU on the back cover.
