2nd Issue in Gatefold sleeve. With yellow coloured lyric sheet. Note inner sleeve has the EMI logo and info removed.

EMI sued CBS Europe and in February 1979 they won the case as the UAR Albums "The Electric Light Orchestra" and "Electric Light Orchestra II" are not allowed to be released outside of USA and Canada, because EMI is still the music rights holder.

Hence no more Jet re-issues.
